Job Descriptions:
Responsible for the building premises and overall building structure.
Liaise with and supervise maintenance and servicing works carried out by external contractors on behalf of company users regarding routine inspection and servicing of the company's building structure, mechanical and electrical installation and associated facilities.
Direct and monitor the daily routine operations of the cleaning contractors and ensure that the rostered cleaning tasks are carried out as scheduled and that overall cleanliness for the building, office and toilet premises is maintained satisfactorily.
Direct monitor the security operations of the security personnel to ensure that adequate security measures are implemented, while reviewing the measures regularly to maintain vigilance.
Responsible for ensuring that the building security system and equipment is kept in order and functioning properly at all times, and for checking of the CCTV system regularly to be alert to any theft or any irregularities in the premises.
Perform other ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Building and Property Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Positive attitude and able to work independently.
Analytical, resourceful and meticulous with good working relationship with peer.
Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification will be an added advantage.
